Access

To ease your travel to the BAFDAYS, you will find here the information about the various travel options.

For the Spotters Day (Friday), you do not need to order a parking ticket! Your entrance is enough.

Car parkings

The organisation has foreseen a large amount of car parks for our visitors. They are free but subject to a mandatory online booking.

In order to reach our event by car, you have to select one of the three areas, based on your origin:

  • Dinant (E411), Marche-en-Famenne, Luxemburg : entry point « Anthée » (red area)
  • Namur (N98), Sambreville, Liège, Leuven : entry point « Mettet » (green area)
  • Charleroi, Brussels, Mons, Ghent, Beaumont : entry point « Philippeville » (blue area)

Ces points d’entrée ne sont PAS des parkings ! Il s’agit d’un point à partir duquel tout le flux est dirigé de manière optimale vers les parkings de l’événement, situés en bordure de base aérienne, tout près de l’entrée.

Kiss & Ride

A dedicated kiss & ride area is available.

CAUTION, some specific rules apply:

  • Access is exclusively possible using the Philippeville (blue area) or Mettet (green area) entry points. It is NOT possible to reach it using the Anthée/N97 (red area) access point.
  • Stopping there is limited to the minimum possible time to load/offload the passengers. It is not allowed to park there waiting for passengers.
  • Vehicles then have to drive southwards (towards Surice) and may not make a U-turn.

Here is the access map:

Use our SmartMobility app in order to navigate to the area taking into account the restrictions and giving you live traffic information.
