Safety Instructions
The Defence forces pay particular attention to the smooth running of the event. Visitor safety will be ensured through numerous measures.
We strongly recommend that you read the safety instructions below carefully.
Your parking area is assigned according to the access route chosen when booking your parking ticket.
To ensure smooth traffic flow, please follow these instructions carefully and respect the indicated route.
Failure to comply with no‑parking zones will result in your vehicle being immediately towed by the police.
A few days before the event, you will receive an email with all necessary instructions: signage to follow, recommended itinerary, preferred access, etc.
On site, follow the indications of the stewards (fluorescent vests) and do not choose your parking space yourself.
Access is strictly limited to personal vehicles: trailers, caravans, motorhomes and any form of camping in the parking areas are prohibited.
Access to the base will be checked according to the information provided when purchasing your ticket; please make sure this information is accurate.
Security checks will be carried out by military and police personnel; purchasing a ticket implies consent to these checks.
Certain items are strictly prohibited: weapons (including replicas), drones, explosive materials and drugs.
Pets are not allowed, except officially recognised assistance dogs with valid documentation.
Refusing to comply with security checks will automatically result in denial of access to the site, without refund.
Any behaviour disrupting the event will result in immediate, definitive removal from the site, without refund.
The base is fully equipped with video surveillance, and any visitor holding a ticket tacitly agrees to being filmed and recorded.
Personal messages (lost child, emergency announcement, etc.) may also be broadcast to ensure visitor safety and assistance.
First‑aid personnel are present in the public area to provide medical assistance; if necessary, they can call on the ambulances on site.
A loudspeaker system covers all public areas, allowing useful information to be communicated regularly.
Stewards are present throughout all accessible zones and can be approached at any time for help and information.
Safety measures may change depending on the situation, and any updates will be communicated to ticket holders a few days before the event.
