Terms and Conditions of Sale and Access for the Belgian Air Force Days 2026
Entry tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable for another event or another day than the one originally chosen by the customer.
The loss or theft of the ticket is the responsibility of the buyer and will not result in a replacement or refund.
Do not buy your ticket in the street; it could be a fake. Purchase it only on the official Belgian Air Force Days 2026 website (https://www.belgianairforcedays.be/).
The organizers decline all responsibility in case of damage, loss, theft or accident.
Official goodies and souvenirs are sold exclusively within the event area.
Tickets may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without the organizer’s authorization. It is also strictly forbidden to conduct any promotional or commercial activity on the Belgian Air Force Days site without prior authorization from the organizer.
The ticket buyer must comply with the “law relating to the resale of access tickets for events” (Belgian Official Journal – 30 July 2013).
Programme changes do not entitle ticket holders to a partial or full refund. In case of force majeure, the organizer cannot be held liable.
Counterfeiting entry tickets is subject to legal prosecution.
The organizers decline all responsibility in case of damage occurring in the parking areas.
The Defence forces pay particular attention to the smooth running of the event. Visitor safety will be ensured through numerous measures.
By purchasing an entry ticket, visitors agree to the safety instructions.

The parking area will be assigned according to the access route chosen when obtaining your parking ticket. A few days before the event, you will receive an email providing guidelines (signage to follow, preferred route, etc.). Please follow these instructions to ensure smooth access.
To ensure proper visitor placement, please follow the instructions of the stewards (wearing fluorescent vests) and do not choose your own spot. Respect the no‑parking zones; otherwise, your vehicle will be towed by the police.
Parking access is permitted for personal vehicles only. Trailers, caravans and motorhomes are strictly forbidden. Camping in the parking areas is strictly prohibited.
Access to the base will be checked based on the data recorded during the purchase of the ticket. Please ensure that this information is correct. Security checks will also be carried out. Purchasing a ticket implies acceptance of the regulations and agreement to any security check performed by military or police personnel. Any refusal to comply will result in denial of access to the site.
The following objects/substances are prohibited: weapons (even fake ones), drones, explosive materials, drugs.
Pets are not allowed.
Denial of access for security reasons does not entitle the visitor to any refund or compensation.
Any behaviour disrupting the event will result in immediate removal from the site without refund.
The base is monitored by video surveillance. Any visitor holding a ticket tacitly agrees to being filmed and recorded.
All public areas are covered by a loudspeaker system. Useful information and personal messages (lost child, etc.) will be broadcast regularly. Stewards are available at any time to provide assistance.
First‑aid personnel will be present in the public area. They can provide medical assistance, and if necessary, request ambulances on site.
Depending on the security situation, these rules may be subject to change. If so, additional measures will be sent to all ticket holders a few days before the event.
