Official Announcement – The Patrouille Suisse Will Be at BAF DAYS 2026 !

The first nation announced for BAF DAYS 2026 is now revealed… and aviation enthusiasts will be thrilled: the Patrouille Suisse is returning to Belgium !

A prestigious team celebrating 60 years

After marking their 60th anniversary in 2024, the Patrouille Suisse is honoured to return to Belgium for BAF DAYS 2026. Their presence highlights the strong and lasting ties between Switzerland and Belgium, two countries frequently brought together through aviation events, including in Northern Europe and the Baltic region.

A unique team in the airshow world

Since 1995, the Patrouille Suisse has flown the iconic Northrop F‑5E Tiger II, a fighter aircraft still actively used by the Swiss Air Force.
This sets them apart from many demonstration teams worldwide: they fly fully operational combat aircraft, not airshow‑dedicated platforms.
Their formation consists of six F‑5 Tigers, flying in perfect synchronisation to deliver a display of remarkable precision.

A possibly unique opportunity

In recent years, discussions have emerged about the future of the F‑5 within the Patrouille Suisse, suggesting that a change of aircraft — or even a discontinuation — may occur in the coming years.
This makes BAF DAYS 2026 a truly exceptional chance to admire their expertise, skill, and the elegance of their F‑5s before this chapter may come to an end.

See you at BAF DAYS 2026 !

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to witness one of Europe’s most iconic display teams. BAF DAYS 2026 is already shaping up to be unforgettable… and this is only the beginning of our announcements !
